We began by assembling our motor foundation. Our foundation contains four shock absorbers with eight holes and an 8*16 combination screw. What we need to keep in mind is that the shock absorbers all need to be moved to the same side. This is positioning, followed by tightening.
Second, put together the base. The base is placed beneath the motor. We are using m12*30 outer hexagon screws. A 19 open wrench is the tool we're using. Then, with the wrench, tighten the screws into these four holes.
Finally, attach the motor flange. There are two flanges that must be joined into one piece. Above is the smooth side. The four holes are directed at the four holes above the engine in turn. Insert one flange, point it towards the two holes, then insert another and splice them together.
Fourth, after installing the motor's flange, we began installing the metal plate. Depending on the situation, the pump head can be mounted to the left, forward, or right. Our standard installation position is to the left of the pump head. The four holes must be lined up. The screws to be utilized are M12*50mm hex screws, which we installed.
Fifth, I'd like to point you that the installation location of the four screws is linked to the tension of our tensioner. As an example, we need to move our 5.5KW blower to this side. However, for additional abilities, we will have a different installation process and a specific video explanation later. After pushing this side, we need to make sure the aluminum plate is parallel to the foundation plate before tightening it. A 19mm open-end wrench is required at this time.
Sixth, now that the metal plate is in place, we can begin installing the tensioner. We began by installing the spring on the lock plate shaft. The lock plate shaft has two holes, and this groove has four holes. The lock plate shaft has two holes, and this groove has four holes.
Seventh, we first inserted the lock plate shaft hole into the spring. The spring must be fitted in this location. The spring was then inserted into the first hole below. The lock plate shaft will then be secured using this left-hand screw. Tighten with a 10mm hex wrench.
Eighth, we'll mount this wheel to the lock plate shaft. The wheels are separated into upper and lower sides, with a big oil seal on one side and a tiny oil seal on the other. We install it after putting a small oil seal down and a large oil seal up.
Ninth, we installed the oil seal inner ring after fitting the tensioner. A pressure cap protects the inner ring of the oil seal. We secure it using a 10*20 anti-tooth screw and an 8mm inner hexagonal wrench.
Then we borrowed force with the 6mm inner hexagonal wrench and locked the tensioner. After attaching the tensioner, we should check to see if our spring is in position and test its flexibility.
Tenth, we begin mounting the belt pulley after installing the tensioner. This is our pulley for the motor belt. The following step is critical. First, we loosen the three screws and remove the belt pulley base with an 8 mm inner hexagonal wrench. We first insert the flat key and then strike it with a rubber hammer.
Eleventh, we will install the base by loosening the two screws with a 6mm inner hexagonal wrench. The key groove location corresponds to the key groove on the motor's axis. Then, using a depth ruler tool, we inserted a height of 21mmt from the flat position of the belt pulley base to the location of the aluminum plate. If the belt pulley is not parallel, it must be adjusted.
Tighten the machine-meter screw using a 2.5mm inner hexagonal wrench. Then, tighten the two screws with the 6mm inner hexagonal wrench. We should take our time tightening the two screws. It is incorrect to tighten only one side.
Twelfth, after tightening the belt pulley's base, insert the belt pulley. This belt pulley position corresponds to this belt pulley base line. This is a way of balancing. Then we screwed these three screws in place. The belt pulley has already been put together.
Thirteenth, after completing the belt pulley installation, we placed the entire machine on the platform. The blower head is then installed. 8 m8*30 inner hexagonal screws will be used. A 6 mm inner hexagonal wrench and an 8 mm inner hexagonal wrench were employed. Install two screws into the screw hole, then remove the pump head gasket and line it with these two screws.
There are eight holes in this course. Aim for two screws and two holes. First, put these two screws into the blower head. Make sure the belt pulley does not contact with the metal plate in this position. Tighten the first two screws, then the remaining screws. We can now depress the tensioner. The blower-head has now been built.
Fourteenth, we began adding the high-speed belt after fitting the blower and blower head. An 8 mm hexagonal wrench and a universal belt will be used. To begin, press the tensioner down with an 8mm inner hexagonal wrench. Then, first, put the belt on a small pulley, then on a large pulley, and last, press the belt in.
After we've fitted the belt, we may crank the huge pulley to hear if the blower head is making unusual noises. Following the assembly of the blower head, we must ensure that this side of the big belt pulley is parallel with the side of the small belt pulley. If it is not parallel, it will have an influence on our belt, such as increasing wear and tear and producing noise.
The parallelism is measured using a lever ruler on the fifteenth. The installation process is OK if it is parallel. If it is not parallel, we must move the belt pulley's base back and forth to create parallelism.
On the sixteenth, we began attaching the blower cover. This is the cover for our blower. 6*16 inner hexagonal combination screws and an M5 inner hexagonal wrench will be used. Install all screws first, but don't tighten them because there will be a tiny variance. When all of the screws have been inserted into the holes, it is safe to tighten them.
The installation of the wire connector is the final step in installing the blower. This is a m32*1.5 wire connection. Loosen the screw first, then remove the screw cover. Because the screw hole includes teeth, we need remove the screw cap before inserting the wire connector.
